So my issue here is that once you lose your original USB C cable from the factory version you won’t see the LEDs on. I tried many different cable, I even bought this charger as a replacement and it wasn’t the issue. Sucks that you need to buy the entire set.Reason I gave it only 2 stars is that it did arrive safely and worked perfectly... for about a month. After that it no longer charged anything. Fortunately because of Covid I didn't have too many events. Now I had one and of course is when I realized that this was poorly made. Here it is 4 months after buying it and it stopped working. Got it in time for a wedding, but failed me recently. Not sure what to advise as its their own product and if you need it, you need it. Good luck!This is a fine charger but it doesn't come with the usb powering cable to plug it into the wall so you can actually charge the batteries. For $30 this price should include the cable so that you can use these without having to get an extra cable. This was not in the description and I felt mislead. Now I have to get 2 cables in order to actually make these chargers work.How do you provide a charger with no cable? Useless.Works perfectly. Quick delivery.
