I really like the convenience of this dash mount but the “wings” press on the volume down button when it closes around the phone. it just seems to hit the button in that spot when the phone is mounted and it turns the volume completely off every time I use it with my iPhone 13 Pro. I have to put the phone into the mount on an angle so the wings don’t press on the volume buttons. I can’t get the lock nut to tighten down well enough so it doesn’t always hold its position or angle
